A very warm welcome from Friends of Spaldwick School (FOSS)
We hope you find this web-page informative. It guides you through our role and some of the events that you may wish to get involved in. FOSS is the PTA for Spaldwick School and fundraise throughout the year organising a variety of events & activities. We are a group of parents, teachers and school staff. Our primary aim is to raise money so that we can fund things that the school needs but the school budget cannot stretch to!
We also want to provide fun social events for the children and their families, so that the memories our children have of school are not just of the classroom but also of fun social times too. We are always very happy for people to join us regardless of how much or little time you have to spare!

School Lottery
FOSS have set up a school lottery to raise money towards our goals of making a difference for our children at school!
Go to https://www.yourschoollottery.co.uk/lottery/school/spaldwick-community-primary-school to get your tickets, they only cost £1 a week.
The more tickets bought, the higher the winnings and the better the chance of entering the nationwide lottery with far greater winnings!

How do we use the money we raise?
FOSS fundraising has provided:
- Laptops for school classes
- Books for the school library
- Maths resources to support every class
- First aid course for the Navigator’s class
- School sports equipment
- School playground games equipment
- The outside studio
- Leavers hoodies for the Navigator’s class
FOSS also aims to contribute to class school trips for each child in every class
